AuditLog stores information submitted through website forms so the relevant organisation can respond, administer services, maintain compliance records and meet legal obligations. Tenant organisations remain responsible for configuring their own retention periods, privacy contacts and lawful bases before public launch.

Platform and tenant administrators should publish organisation-specific controller details, retention periods and data-subject contact information in their tenant settings.
